New MacBook / MacBook Pros
New MacBook and MacBook Pros have been released, with some speed bumps and increase in storage. MacBooks now support up to 4 GB of memory though.I wonder if the previous MacBooks will take the 2 GB SODIMM modules as well...

Defective MacBook HD?
Retrodata, a data recovery service firm in the UK, says that the Seagate drives with firmware version 7.01 in (some) MacBooks are faulty and could cause irreversible damage to the hard drive. In other words, back up your data regularly!!!Labels: damage, hard drive, hd, macbook, seagate
