Does your business Skype?

Telecommunications cost is often a major expense in small businesses. After all, immediate communication offer greater efficiency, especially for a small biz. If you have workers who travel a lot, there's a totally free VOIP (voice-over-IP) software for everybody to stay in touch: Skype.

It will run on Windows and Macs, so don't worry if you have a mixed-platform environment. It works relatively well even over a dial-up connection. Furthermore, it offers built-in encryption for instant messages and voice calls.
